As a qualified hvac contractor, the two most popular rebate programs we recommend are through Clean BC and the Fortis rebate program.

The rebate programs prefers you using a central ducted system, because this type of system gives you a back up heat source. Mini split heat pumps have no option for back up heat, therefore, If you decide to abandon the duct-work and switch to a mini split system, you will be required to install baseboard heaters in every room that doesn't have a heat source ( indoor head ). 

Switching to a mini split requires Clean Bc's  pre-approval before anything can be installed or decommissioned.

The button below will take you to our service rates. Each rate includes the travel time plus 1 hr diagnosis. The rate will vary depending on your location.

Our "HOME BASE" is considered the Slocan Valley Junction, all rates are based from this location.

First hour rates need to be paid in advance to book the repair date. From there we will diagnose the problem. If it can repair within the hour no additional charges will apply, however any repair time after the first hour will be billed along with any supplies required to complete the job. The additional costs will be invoice. All invoices must be paid on completion.  

If a PART order is required we will give you a quote for the repair, which will then need to be paid in advance to book the repair date. 

All repairs are covered by a complimentary 3 month labour warranty. 1 year part warranty.

To book an install on self-bought equipment, the following process will occur.

1. You will need to pre-pay to book a site assessment. Site assessment prices can be found by clicking the "book service" button below. the fee will be determined by the area you live in. Once we have received this payment we will give you a time for the site vist.

2. Once your home assessment has been completed, the install rates will be as listed under the "book service" button, plus any additional supplies from the assessment will be added.
