This HVAC service agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [DATE] by and between:
Pipeology Home Solutions Ltd.
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider")
AND
[Client Name]
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Client")
1. Subscription Plan Details
Plan Name: Silver Service Plan
Monthly Fee: $77.25 + Tax
Coverage Period: [Insert Coverage Term — e.g., Month-to-Month or Annual]
2. Services Included
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services under this monthly maintenance plan:
✅ LABOUR + GAS + PARTS if still under warranty. During normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
✅ Priority repair service.
✅ Guaranteed to be repaired within 5 business days with the exception of leaking units.
✅ Full unit replacement, in the event of any major component failing. Major components are Condenser + Evaporator Coils, Compressor.
3. Service Exclusions
The following services are not covered under this agreement:
❌ Repairs caused by nature, such as snow crush, landslide, lightning strike, tree fall, etc.
❌ Repairs caused by a lack of maintenance. Must clean filters, condenser and evaporator grills.
❌ Repairs resulting from misuse or neglect.
❌ Installation of new HVAC equipment or major system upgrades/expansions.
❌ Yearly maintenance is not included in this plan.
4. Fair Use Policy
To ensure fair usage, the following limits apply:
Each visit is limited to 8 hours of labour.
Maximum of "unlimited" service visits per year.
Excessive requests deemed outside of standard maintenance will be billed at standard labor rates.
5. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay $77.25 on a recurring monthly basis via PayPal or other approved methods.
Non-payment will result in a loss of coverage until paid in full including acquired interest.
The interest rate will be 5% per month, 60% per year.
Shall any disputes arise in regards to payment that lead to legal action, you, the client, agree to pay all legal fees regarding Pipeology Home Solutions.
6. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel this subscription at any time through PayPal services.
The Service Provider may cancel the subscription with 30 days' written notice on any grounds, if deemed necessary.
No refunds will be given if the service is cancelled by either party.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond its control.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.

- Please note: If your electrical panel is rated for 100A or less, a service upgrade may also be required. We can assist you in this process.

Our Gold Plan, available for $95 per month, is an excellent HVAC service agreement that covers all LABOUR costs, GAS, and ALL PARTS. This includes FULL UNIT REPLACEMENT in the event of any major component failure, ensuring you have peace of mind as part of your monthly maintenance plan.
